It’s expo time at Goose Island!
2018 has got off to a spectacular start and we’re taking you along for the ride!
This February, your favourite Welsh womenswear brand (that would be us) will be showcasing our latest wares at the Pure London fashion exhibit in the nation’s capital.
As one of the United Kingdom’s foremost trade shows in the clothing sector, Pure London has cemented itself as a leading authority in ready-to-wear fashion. Clothing brands from all over the country will gather to reveal their latest designs and innovations over the course of three days - from 11 to 13 February 2018. Best of all, it gives smaller-known companies the unmissable chance to exhibit their latest designs alongside larger and more established high-street brands - a total of eight sectors represented in all.
Housed in the grandiose Olympia centre in West Kensington, the three-day showcase features further standout events such as catwalk presentations, informative fashion seminars and one-on-one styling advice from fashion experts.
A particular highlight this year will be a keynote address by Farrah Storr, the well-known and highly respected editor of Cosmopolitan magazine. Since her appointment at the helm of the UK magazine, Storr has managed to increase the magazine’s sales by a whopping 59%! No mean feat in the current digital climate of magazine publishing!
Storr is just one of the hand-selected fashion elite on hand over the course of the event to offer their industry know-how to exhibitors. This year, brands will get the opportunity to engage in 20-minute face-to-face sessions with more experienced retailers - a chance in a lifetime if ever we’ve seen one.
As a Welsh-based outfit, it is our particular honour at Goose Island to be included in this prestigious event. We will be presenting our latest Spring/Summer 2018 Collection to potential clients from all over the UK and Europe. Be sure to check back in for an update on all the happenings!
