Goose Island has opened its doors at 10 Carmarthen Street in Llandeilo.
We already have two popular Goose Island shops in Mumbles and Cowbridge as well as a warehouse in the Enterprise Park supplying high quality clothes and accessories to retail outlets across the UK.
Over recent years, Goose Island has enjoyed considerable expansion in both its wholesale and retail business, resulting in a recent move to larger warehouse premises in Swansea. With an increasing number of clients from West Wales visiting the shops and ordering on-line, the next logical step in the company’s expansion was to open a third shop to meet this demand.
Says Karen, “I firmly believe that it is the smaller, independents who are ideally placed attract people to our city and town centres. At Goose Island, we want to show our commitment to our loyal customers by opening a boutique that offers shoppers a personal and high-quality shopping experience. Our fashions and accessories are very different from those stocked by national retailers and are sourced from all over the world, with the majority of our collections made in Italy.”
The new Goose island shop opened in Llandeilo on Thursday, 16 November with the creation of four local jobs.
