The perfect beach bag

The sun is out and we all intend to make the most of it! Wether it’s heading to the beach or a lazy picnic with friends, there’s always so much to take. A towel, sun cream, sunglasses, a bottle of water, a snack, good book, bucket and spade.......
I could go on.
Having a roomy handbag is one thing but that’s never all going to fit in alongside the purse, car keys and other mysterious necessities we fill them with and let’s face it, a 10p supermarket carrier bag just doesn’t cut it with the chic outfit you took so long to arrange!


At goose island we have a beautiful selection of bags ideal for that sunny day out we have waited all winter for.
Our range has something for everyone from bright coloured shoulder bags with intricate embroidery, mirrors and tassels, the perfect beach bag with trendy blue and white stripes and chunky rope handles or the extra large elephant print bag complete with matching purse available in two colour ways .

Ok so they may not be able to accommodate the bucket and spade, a surf board or the swanky three course picnic complete with matching tableware, but they will definitely hold the swimsuit, book and sun cream with style and panache, and you never know you could even get a sneaky bottle of prosecco and one or two glasses, in there too!
Let’s get out there and enjoy, we have all earned it.

Lagenlook is a German word. Lagen literally translated means layers; a layered look.
